Happy Friday everyone, we finally made it! It seems like January is kind of a slow month for everyone and I’ve caught myself wearing more loungewear than ever. However, it’s kind of worked with my wardrobe since a lot of my winter essentials can be worn around the house as well. Win, win! I’ve noticed I wear a lot more neutral pieces in the winter than any other month so I thought I’d round up some of my favorite cozy winter neutrals that I hope you’ll like too!
Cozy Winter Neutrals
As you’ve seen in my previous posts, I’ve constantly been wearing turtlenecks, lightweight coats, and cape scarves. I love having cozy winter essentials that I can easily throw on and know will go with anything. I’ve been loving simple pullover sweaters or long sleeve tops. This one and this one are some of my new favorites and I can’t believe they’re both under $75! They’re both so cute, easy to wear with anything, and super soft. I also love the look of this sweater because it’s a basic but the ruffle adds a small detail without taking away from the cozy factor. Yes, please!
It wouldn’t be winter without a lot of layering! I’ve been loving long lightweight coats or cardigans to throw over my sweaters on those really chilly days. By chilly I mean under 60 degrees. It’s been so chilly here in SoCal after our rain this week and I’ve been loving it! I saw this coat and loved it instantly because it looks so chic and expensive-looking but it’s not! If you’re looking for something soft as cashmere, but under $100, check out this super soft cardigan. Other good cold-weather accessories I found include this neutral plaid scarf {check out his one I featured the other day!} and a bow beanie that’s feminine without overdoing it.
