I have been SO excited to share today’s post with you all! I’m so thrilled that starting today you can shop the M Loves M Featured Trunk I curated with Trunk Club! I wanted to include a bunch of cute, wearable, pieces for fall, and I think I did just that! I feel like this Trunk is the perfect framework to update your fall wardrobe!
My Curated Trunk with Trunk Club
You all might have seen me mention Trunk Club a few times before {and as part of a secret tip for shopping the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale}, but it has become one of my favorite shopping services. If you’re not familiar, Trunk Club is a personal styling service for men and women, and I think it’s perfect if you don’t have much time to shop, if you’re looking for help from a personal stylist, or you don’t live close to a Nordstrom {yes they’re a Nordstrom company so you know everything is good!}. I always think a second opinion when shopping can be so helpful, especially from someone who loves fashion like I do. I’ve worked with my stylist Carolyn several times and I’m also so impressed that she can pick pieces that are exactly my style, or she’ll find things I normally wouldn’t have. It’s basically like shopping with your most fashionable friend!
Ok so I have to share details about my Featured Trunk because I’m just so excited! There are six categories I wanted to focus on: blouses, versatile bottoms, detailed dresses, light jackets and sweaters and boots. Basically everything you need for a stylish fall wardrobe! Trunk Club made Featured Trunks like this to make working with a stylist even easier. Each Trunk is centered around a theme (in this case, my take on Fall style essentials!), but your stylist will still make sure your Trunk is specifically curated for you.
Some of my favorites from the Trunk include this PERFECT pair of black high waisted pants. These pants are so comfortable and flattering and while my first thought is that they would be great for work, they’d honestly be good for a variety of situations – worn casually or dressed up! These pants are definitely a wardrobe must-have in my opinion!
During the fall and winter, I love wearing darker florals and textured pieces like velvet and satin. It’s all about the details! This dress is stunning with the draped sleeves, ruffled hem, velvet and floral! I think this style would be a great dress to wear for a holiday party, or even with a blazer to work.
Another fall staple in the Trunk are cozy fall sweaters. I love the dark green one because it’s such a flattering shade, and the gray one is beyond cozy! Soft sweaters are perfect for holiday snuggling!
I couldn’t help but include my favorite pairs of jeans in the Trunk as well. This pair specifically is always my go-to because it’s so so flattering and very wearable. You can chase after kiddos without needing to pull it up every 10 seconds. So worth it in my opinion!
As the weather transitions, dresses can be used as your base layer in the fall. And if you’re looking for an easy dress to wear, I’m a big fan of this rust-colored shift dress. The style is classic, and very bump-friendly! Love the idea of wearing it with knee boots too!

In case you’re wondering, Trunk Club is not a subscription service, there are no fees and shipping is always free. You can choose when you want to get your Trunks- monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, or just on a specific date. I’ve used Trunk Club when updating some of my mom style basics, when I was looking for versatile pieces to wear to a holiday party, and when I was shopping the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. It was so helpful because I told my stylist what I was looking for and she sent me just that!
Because Trunk Club is a Nordstrom company, they have a huge variety of high-quality inventory. You can find items that you’d expect to see at Nordstrom. There’s a $25 styling fee but that’s credited towards whatever you choose to keep, and you can still return the rest with their free shipping. And if you have a Nordstrom card, the styling fee is waived regardless. Such a good perk right?
