Our baby girl is arriving so soon so we have been working really hard to get her nursery ready in time! Of course, I’ll share her finalized nursery design once it’s completed, but until then I wanted to share all of the baby girl nursery decor inspiration I’ve found. Seriously, it is just so fun shopping for a little girl. Like too much fun! I wish I could have this wallpaper in my bedroom!!
Our Baby Girl Nursery Decor Inspiration
Once we found out we were having a girl, I started brainstorming all the nursery inspiration! I think I thought about her nursery before I started thinking about her wardrobe! I love home design and it’s such a fun hobby to create special spaces. Since we waited to find out Augustine’s gender, his nursery was very gender neutral. I LOVED that and I think it worked out really well this time around because we’re going to make a few small changes while utilizing some of the bigger pieces we bought the first time around {e.g., the crib, dresser, glider, mirror}.
I can’t wait to share more of the space with you all but for today I wanted to share the inspiration behind the room. Here are some photos from Pinterest that I absolutely loved while brainstorming what to do with her space. I’m also linking some of the products we’ve been considering buying.
Isn’t this butterfly printed bedding so sweet?! I think I’ll pick up a few of these storage baskets to stash her toys, books, and other baby accessories in. Isn’t the gold foil such a pretty touch? This baby progress chalkboard chart would also be really fun to hang in her room. I might pair it with a more feminine gold frame like one of these to keep it looking feminine. The kids section at Anthropologie is where I always get into trouble! They have the cutest clothes, decor, and toys for little ones. They’re always one of my go-tos for unique baby shower gifts. This mobile would go perfectly with our color scheme and I think she’d love the little geese on it! Alright, I have to stop before I spend too much on nursery decor…or do I? I can already tell having a girl is going to be so much fun!
