I found the best bodycon dresses! - M Loves M @marmar

Alright guys, I have to be honest with you. I am so close to giving birth that it’s getting super hard to plan cute outfits to share with you! I’ve tried to wear non-maternity clothes as much as possible and I can’t believe I managed to find a dress that looks good while in my third trimester! I really love wearing bodycon dresses when I’m pregnant, even though I never would otherwise! Isn’t that interesting?!

One of the funniest things about dressing yourself when pregnant, is that your style totally changes. For example, I never wear bodycon dresses normally, but I think they just look so great while pregnant! I’ve found for me that flowy styles aren’t very flattering, so I am embracing showing off my bump. It’s not like I can hide it anymore {this is how I get away with hiding pregnancies at first}! This dress isn’t a maternity style, but I sized up one size and was able to still wear it even at 35 weeks! I could see it being a great transitional piece for the early days of pregnancy when you want to show that you do have a little bump.

I think I’ve just never cared for how tight bodycon dresses can be, I tend to go for a looser silhouette {like this floral maxi dress I’ve been wearing!}. I liked adding a moto jacket for extra coverage. I think I might even try wearing a bodycon dress after the baby comes because I just love how this style turned out. I’m such a fan of this blue and beige stripe combo because it allowed me to add a fun red bag and lip!

What are your thoughts on bodycon dresses?? I think as long as they aren’t too short or low cut, they can be great for layering. I think this dress would also look great with a long loose cardigan over it. I’ve been wearing this cardigan {P.S. it’s 50% off} a lot lately and think it would look so good with this dress!

I’ll probably only share a few more outfit posts before the baby comes! I’ll still be posting on my maternity leave, but will probably be doing less outfit posts than usually while I adjust to life with my little one. I can’t wait to start styling non-maternity outfits again! In the meantime, here are some of my favorite styles you can shop for under $100!
