What I’m Buying from the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale
You know I’m a sucker for a pretty dress, especially one under $100! There are so many pretty dresses in the sale, like this floral wrap dress. It would be a great dress to wear to the office with a blazer, or for a weekend brunch with the girls!
Even though we’re in the middle of summer, I always like to prep a bit for the upcoming fall season! And nothing says fall more than cute leather boots and booties! Booties especially are great for the fall months because they work so well with jeans or a dress. Leather boots and booties really fit the mood of the autumn season, and I can’t wait to pick up a few pairs at this year’s sale. Also, if you’ve been looking for Hunters under $100, get them before they sell out!
Activewear is a perfect thing to stock up on during the sale because you can never have enough! You can wear it all year round, and it makes working out so much more fun when you’re wearing cute activewear! I have recently been getting back into working out since having Corinna, so I will definitely be purchasing some new leggings, sports bras, and exercise tops! These leggings are one of my favorites because of how comfortable and flattering they are!
I’m always willing to buy some new sneakers whenever they’re on sale because they’re just so comfy and great for working out or even running errands. With two little ones, it’s important to me to have supportive shoes on when I can. This pair is at the top of my list because of the neutral color combo.
Nordstrom really likes to gear their sale towards fall clothing, so it’s always the best time and place to get new cozy sweaters and cardigans for the season at such a discounted price. Last year I was really into the longer cardigan styles and I don’t think that’s changing anytime soon! I have my eye on this one! Also, if you like Vince sweaters {this one is so so nice!}, you can definitely get them for a better deal during the sale!
The basics! You can never go wrong with any of these items. Just like activewear, they’re good all year round, and you can never have too much! You have to stock up on T-shirts, underwear, and bras during this sale, because they’ll be available at such a good price! This bra is one of my must-haves! It’s so worth it, but I love getting it on sale! As for another staple like pajamas, this set is one of my favorites! Everyone talks about the Barefoot Dreams blanket, and while I don’t have it, I am very tempted to get it because of how soft it supposedly is! The leopard blanket is the most popular but I’m drawn to this style instead.
Nordstrom has the most beautiful watches, and I think the best time to buy a nice watch that’s been on your wish list is during this sale! Obviously, watches are a more of an infrequent purchase, but if you’re in the market for a new one, there’s no better time to get one than now! This gold watch with the navy face would be the perfect accessory for fall!
