I don’t know about you ladies, but I feel like it’s time for an updated fall skincare routine! I feel like it’s hard to enjoy my skincare routine in the summer because it can just be so hot and sticky but the fall is the perfect time to indulge in a few more skincare steps!
October Beauty: Fall Skincare Routine
Philosophy Ultimate Miracle Worker Fix Facial Serum Roller
I’m intrigued by this facial serum roller because it seems like it combines face serum and a facial oil in one step. It sounds so soothing and claims to help keep skin firm and hydrated. Basically it’s something my skin needs every season!
GoopGlow Morning Skin Superpowder
This powder is supposed to help keep skin glowing just by drinking it! The formula is packed with vitamin C and E which helps protect skin from stress, sun damage, oxidative photodamage, and pollution. I love the idea of beauty from the inside out and figure why not add this step to my morning routine! I’m planning on adding it to my water first thing in the morning.
Tracie Martyn Absolute Purity Toner
I am so excited to try out this product! I’m all about natural ingredients that will keep my skin looking refreshed while fighting against breakouts! I’m planning on adding this toner to my nighttime routine.
First Aid Beauty Facial Radiance Pads
Another toner! But I’m planning on using these when I need a quick boost in the morning, after a workout, or on the go. Apparently these pads are great for taking away all the residue that can accumulate on skin throughout the day!
Lancer Skincare The Method Polish Exfoliator
I like to exfoliate a bit more once the weather drops and my skin gets dryer. So I’m excited to try this exfoliator. It’s supposed to be great for combination skin and will deeply exfoliate to keep skin refreshed and clean. I’m hoping it can help reduce skin discoloration and prevent breakouts and redness.
September Beauty: Skin & Hair Repair
Kerastase Blond Absolu Bain Lumiere Shampoo
I’m always a fan of Kerastase products but I’m not sure this shampoo was the right fit for me. I felt like I really needed a lot to get my hair clean BUT it did make my hair super shiny. I felt like it really brought out my highlights too because everyone was saying my hair looked more blonde this month. I think it might have been this shampoo!
Blond Absolu Strengthening Conditioner
I didn’t feel like this conditioner detangled my hair as well as some others do. I didn’t hate it but it wasn’t my favorite that I’ve tried recently.
neuLash neuBROW Brow Enhancing Serum
Wow has it only been a month since I’ve been using this serum?! I’ve definitely noticed a difference with my brows. In just a month I feel like I’ve had more growth than I’ve seen in forever, and I haven’t needed to fill them in as much as I normally do. My brows also look a bit darker because of all the little hairs coming in. I’m going to continue using this serum for the next month and then go get my brows shaped professionally. Hopefully that will help me keep them looking good!
Sunday Riley C.E.O Glow Vitamin C + Turmeric Face Oil
I loooove this face oil! It smells so good and I feel like my skin just soaks it up in the best way. My face has felt and looked a lot more glowy this month because of this oil I think!
Peter Thomas Roth Potent-C™ Vitamin C Targeted Spot Brightener
So far so good! I was very impressed with the before/afters I saw on the packaging and I do feel like some of my hyperpigmentation has faded a bit. I had a little breakout a few weeks ago and usually the pink spots stick around for months, but I feel like they haven’t been as dark this time around. Perhaps because of this brightener? I’m definitely going to continue using this one!
Arcona White Tea Purifying Cleanser
I loved this cleanser when I first used it years ago (different packaging though!) so I was excited to try it again since I love so many of Arcona’s products. My skin does feel really refreshed although I will say that I felt like I had to double cleanse to really get my skin clean and my eye makeup off.
Do you have a fall skincare routine? I feel like it’s a must when you live somewhere with extreme weather changes!
