Can you believe that Easter is this weekend? To be honest, I’m a little sad that we won’t be able to be at church and celebrating the most important holiday in our faith with our family. I have to remind myself though that Jesus endured a lot more than we are right now so I’m leaning into His strength and trying to make it as special as we can. Ever since I was little I’ve loved the Easter traditions, from making sweet bread with my mom, planning the egg hunts, picking out that perfect Easter dress}, and of course all the food at Easter brunch. We all love a good brunch, and since we can’t go out to our favorite brunch spots right now, Easter is an ideal time to turn your home into your new favorite brunch spot! So let’s take brunch up a notch and indulge in some delicious and decadent recipes! Keep reading to see my list of ten indulgent Easter brunch recipes!

Vanilla bean waffles, cranberry orange mimosa bellinis, and apple gruyere grilled sandwiches certainly aren’t what you eat on a daily basis, {if only!}, but they seem like a nice choice for a special day.
