Who doesn’t love some good summer hats?! As you guys may have gathered from all of these pictures, one of my staple summer pieces is my straw hat. There’s something about these hats that just really make the look scream “summertime”, not to mention they look so chic and are a great addition to basically any outfit for any activity –  running errands, going to the beach, or even a vacation look {check out my post about dressing for vacation, even if you’re not actually on vacation, here!} Summer hats, however, can be expensive, and it can be hard to know which one to buy. I thought I’d share some save vs splurge summer hats that are perfect for any budget. Plus they’re all so cute!

So, as I mentioned, my Brixton Joanna hat is one of my favorite pieces. I love the look and the fit of it, and it’s such a great save for barely being over $50! It also now comes in a bunch of different colors, which is really fun if you’re looking for something a little different. If you want to go up in pricepoint a bit, I love this one by Ale by Alessandra! It has the same black band and that easy, chic feel to it. Relaxing out in the sun all day? Try a wider brimmed hat for extra sun protection, or even one that is water-resistant if you’re at the pool or beach! Both of those are at great price points and are perfect for those summer days.

If you’re not into too wide of a brim, there are adorable straw bucket hats – I’m obsessed with this little raffia boater hat {although it’s definitely a splurge!}. There are also so many hats that have fun details added to them making them unique, but still classy and subtle. A straw hat with a chin strap seems so darling, like something out of an old movie!

I also found a lot of cute ones with little sea shells on them which I think is so fun and beachy! You can even try some with different types of ribbons or ties, like this one with leather bands or this one with metallic ribbon. There really are so many great hats you can get at a range of price points, so it’s up to you whether you want to splurge or save – you can’t go wrong either way!
