Well, I have a little/big update for you all today!
WE’RE MOVING!
To make 2020 even crazier Matthew and I are making some big life changes. We’ve actually been talking about selling our house for the past year and a half and pushed things forward on our timeline a bit this past spring. While I am so excited for what the future holds, it also feels very bittersweet to be moving out of this house that we’ve made our home over the past three years. When we moved in, Augustine was not even a year old, and now he’s almost 4! We have celebrated birthdays in this house, brought Corinna home here, made friends with our neighbors, and did countless home projects that maybe we would have held off on if we had known our future plans. Hindsight is 20/20 right?
While I’m sad to be leaving behind such wonderful memories here, I know our future home will have more to come. A house is a house, but the people inside are what make it a home. The next four weeks are going to be a busy time as we clean, minimize, and pack up. I know I’ll have more updates for you in the weeks to come. In the meantime, do you have any tips for packing and moving with kids?? I’m all ears!
