By popular request after  my Trader Joe’s staples post, I’m sharing our favorite Trader Joe’s holiday items. The holidays are always such a special and exciting time and I feel like Trader Joe’s just add to it because they have such an incredible seasonal selection. I seriously could go crazy in there over the holidays because I want to try EVERYTHING! Below are some of our favorite items to get around the holidays, as well as some new ones we were excited to try out! Anyone else try any recent favorites? Hi Friends! Happy Tuesday! Lately, I’ve been all about the dresses.  If you saw my posts last week, like this one, you know. I thought it might be nice to mix things up a bit and style some shorts. Seriously, when was the last time I wore shorts on the blog? It’s been awhile that’s for sure. Personally, it can be challenging for me to find a flattering pair. One that’s not too short, not too long, not too distressed, not too tight. You get the idea. It’s a process. I was at the mall the other day, though, and found this pair that I absolutely loved. The metallic linen material makes them a little fancy, but you can totally dress them down. Curious?? 1 pair of dressy shorts styled 2 ways coming right up!

Tips for Flying with Kids + What to Bring in Your Diaper Bag - M Loves M @marmar

As some of you know, we went to the beautiful island of Kauai last month. While we were so excited about a Hawaiian getaway, we were also a little/a lot nervous during the days, weeks, and months leading up to our trip. You see, this was our first plane flight with Augustine who is a very busy and active little guy. Traveling with a year and a half-year-old is a little intimidating, but we knew the trip was going to be a learning experience that we needed to go through. Luckily, I received the best advice for traveling with kids from so many of you, and I wanted to put together this post as a resource. Plus, there’s a video of what I brought in my carry-on diaper bag. I hope you find this post helpful for any of your upcoming travels!
