Last month I had a fun little weekend getaway to the Omni La Costa Resort in Carlsbad. I’ve heard about it over the years from family members in San Diego so it was great to finally check it out. Matthew was out of town on a work trip, and it seemed like a good opportunity to escape for some much needed R&R. Here are some photos from my weekend at Omni La Costa:

One of the things I love about what I do is that no day is quite like the other. My schedule is always changing, from meetings with clients, shoots with photographers, consulting with brands, editing photos, recipe testing, and tackling a crazy inbox.
