If you guys don’t know, I love engaging with you! I love chatting through emails, DMs and replying to your comments on Instagram. Sometimes I end up not doing a blog post because I stayed up late chatting with you. Oops! But the friendships that I have with so many of you have kept me inspired and motivated on a regular basis.
As a way to say thank you for liking my posts and commenting, I’m going to start doing weekly Instagram giveaways! If you’ve won a giveaway from me before you know they’re pretty great! {I can say that right??} I send some really nice makeup and skincare products {think Smashbox, Lancome, Kate Somerville, etc!}. Read on for all the details!
Before we get to the giveaway details, I have to call out how much I LOVE this skirt! Even though people typically stick to florals in the spring/summer months, I think this skirt works really well for fall since it’s in a navy print. I love it with this white off the shoulder top but you could pair it with a button up, or even a tan or olive pullover sweater.
So these giveaways are my way of saying thank you, but it’s also a little selfish because I really want to hear from you and know more about you! I’d love to hear your thoughts on my post, to know what you like, or want to see more of. It helps me out so much. I started blogging in 2009 and while I’ve loved it, it’s a really solo activity if you think about it. It’s just been me sitting at a computer writing. Knowing that YOU are on the other end, reading, listening and thinking, means a great deal to me. So that’s why I absolutely love chatting with you all! We’ve created this awesome community together that I really love and cherish!

Every time I post on Instagram, leave a comment within the first hour.
It’s easier if you turn on post notifications so Instagram alerts you when I post {here’s details on how to do that}. And don’t worry you’re not going to blow up with notifications from me. I usually only post 1-3 times a day, if that! The more posts you comment on, though, the greater your chances are of winning.
