You can be girly one day, boho the next, maybe even preppy or edgy. It can be bright or neutral, simple or layered. My favorite way to feel stylish and put together, though, is by incorporating soft, feminine details. If you had to describe your style in 1 word (or 3!) what would you say? I remember someone asked me that in a job interview, obviously fashion industry, and it was a hard one. Even though I thought I knew what my style was, it was hard to verbalize it. Now I think I would say feminine and classic with playful touches, like bright colors or mixed prints. haha that’s kind of a sentence but the three is in there somewhere!
Happy Monday everyone!! I hope you had a great weekend. Matthew and I didn’t make it to the beach {boo!}, but we did get a lot done house-wise and blog-wise. I spent most of Sunday in the kitchen doing some recipe testing and making dinner for my family. We had our first dinner party.. hooray! Can’t wait for more of those this spring and summer, especially when we can eat outside! Oh, and happy St. Patrick’s Day too!! I might not be wearing green in this post so you can give me a virtual pinch, but I promise I’m wearing it today. Gotta represent my Irish side!
