november beauty post M Loves M @marmar

Fall always seems like a big season of change for me. I start to wear cozy fall outfits, I decorate for the holidays, and I also switch up my skincare and beauty routine. It’s been awhile since I’ve done a beauty post so I thought I’d share some of the products I’ve been using lately in a November Beauty round-up. Most of these are new-to-me products but I already know there are a few I’ll be using for years to come!

Ciate London Olivia Palermo Smokey Suedes Eye Palette

If you’re looking to update your beauty look for fall, hop on over and get this palette! There are nine gorgeous, suede-like shadows in the perfect combo of fall colors. I’ve been using this palette daily and I’m able to create soft looks for daytime and more dramatic smoky eyes as well. The shades are really pigmented and super blendable. The palette is perfect for travel too!

Tata Harper Rejuvenating Serum

I’ve been dying to try Tata Harper because my friend Grace raves about her and all of her products! Tata’s line is a little pricier than I’d like but I love that it’s a natural product that’s free of a lot of those synthetic and chemical ingredients. Serum is one of the most crucial parts to any skincare routine and this one has gone above and beyond! The serum supports skin elasticity and helps protect the skin against environmental damage, which is so crucial. There are antioxidants and vitamins that help skin stay healthy and more radiant. One of the ingredients is Date Palm Extract, which is more powerful than Vitamin C. Who knew? I really love how it feels on my skin. It’s not irritating at all and hasn’t caused any breakouts. I feel like it also makes my skin glow! There’s a slightly less expensive, 1 oz, size hereHow to Use: Apply 1 pump morning/evening after washing and cleansing, when skin is damp. Follow with moisturizer.

Korres Black Pine Firming, Lifting & Antiwrinkle Day Cream

I’ve been using this cream daily over the past few weeks and I absolutely love it! First of all, I know you shouldn’t judge a product by it’s packaging but it’s hard not to! The packaging and material is so well designed. I loved the box it came in so much that I almost didn’t want to throw it away. The jar is also really beautiful on it’s own. It definitely reflects how awesome this product is, though. The cream is really luxurious and creamy and contains black pine actives that help with advanced firming, contouring and lifting. It’s supposed to boost skin firmness, resist deep wrinkles, and prevent sagging. The black pine polyphenols was studied to maintain the elasticity of the connective tissue better than all other polyphenols studied. Time will tell but so far so good! I love how it smells too. The cream has an earthy, soft scent of warm wood and vanilla. Free of parabens, sulfates, petroleum, mineral oil, silicone, and phthalates. Woo hoo! How to Use: Apply in the morning after cleansing face as a final step before SPF. Noticeable Differences: Skin is soft and firm and feels more hydrated. I’ve also noticed a difference in fine lines.

Charlotte Tilbury Filmstars On the Go Palette in The Spy Who Loved Me

I feel like I’m back on a palette craze but they’ve been so essential what with various trips and all-day outings. I love that I can use one product that will help me achieve different looks. The Filmstars On the Go palettes are so great! It’s a two minute, two step pocket palette for a full eye, cheek and lip look on the go. What’s not to love, right? Plus the packaging is gorgeous and very luxe! The Spy Who Loved Me palette is beautiful with a luminescent rose gold cream eyeshadow and a berry lip and cheek stain. This thing has saved me on those long days with back to back meetings.

Shu Uemura Texture Wave Dry Finishing Spray

I got a sample of this to test out and I was so curious! I’ve been looking for a product that will add some messy texture to my hair. It’s great to apply after you give your hair some soft waves but want to make it look a little undone. The spray is flexible and buildable which I like, especially when I want to style my hair the next day. It also has a no-shine finish which is nice when you want your locks to look natural and more un-done.

Buxom Big & Sexy Bold Gel Lipstick in Sinful Cinnamon

This reminds me that I need to do another Lipstick Picks post! After trying a bunch of Buxom lipsticks, I definitely have a few favorites. Sinful Cinnamon is a really pretty shade that isn’t too dark or too light. It’s a great neutral shade to wear any day!

OPI Starlight Nail Laquer in Guys & Galaxies

Oh how I love a maroon nail polish in fall! This jewel-toned shade is so beautiful and would be perfect to finish off your Thanksgiving outfit!

Have you tried any of the above products? I’ve love to hear what you think! Also, let me know if you have a favorite new product! Skincare, makeup, hair, nails…I’m all ears!
