I’m breaking out the white denim in today’s post with a gingham blouse and brown sandal heels. I finally caved and got my first pair of maternity jeans. Of course they had to be white! White jeans are the most versatile during spring and summer. They just go with so much and look a lot fresher than blue denim. I did a bunch of research and found a lot of good feedback on this pair. I’m not 100% crazy on the fit but they are 1000% times more comfortable than my old jeans so I’ll take ’em. If any of you have maternity jean suggestions, though, let me know!

I already know this smooth brown crossbody bag from Brahmin is going to be a staple in my spring/summer wardrobe. I love the color {doesn’t it look so good with white?!}, and the easy hands-free access is a big plus. This was one of the bags I played with on their Spring/Summer 2016 photoshoot and I couldn’t wait to get it. It comes in some of the embossed leathers which are also really cool!
I hope you all are having a great week! Yesterday I had a fun, but bittersweet, lunch saying goodbye to my friend Jen who is moving to Austin in a few weeks. She’s one of the sweetest, most genuine people, and I’m going to miss her so much. I guess it’s a good excuse to make some more trips to Texas though!
