Happy Sunday everyone! Did any of you do last week’s wellness challenge? I caught myself slipping a few times {I love my snacks!}, but for the most part I really tried to focus on having 3 meals and 2 designated healthy snacks a day. My go-to snacks were a sliced apple with almond butter, hummus with carrots, chia seed pudding, and sometimes leftover meals from the night before!

This next week’s wellness challenge is one that I’m excited about because it allows us to get outside ourselves a little bit and put some attention towards those we care for most. Read on for the Wellness Challenge No. 10, plus a little giveaway:

Wellness Challenge No. 10

Write letters of appreciation to those we care about.

This week I’m going to carve out a little time to write letters of appreciation to some of my closest friends and family members. I’m going to write letters telling them how much they mean to me, and how they’ve made a difference in my life. Typically I write these letters once a year on their birthdays, but why not any old time? I hope that this act of kindness brightens their day and means something to them. Part of personal wellness is about making sure your dearest and closest people are loved and appreciated, and also that they know they’re loved and appreciated.  I encourage you all to take the time to do this too. And if you can’t write a letter, maybe consider a thoughtful email or phone call? I’m sure it would mean the world to them!

She’s basically my sister and I honestly don’t know what I would do without that girl. We’re going to Palm Springs this weekend for her bachelorette and I can’t wait for bestie time!
