When I think about my ideal weekend, it always includes a trip to a local coffee shop. I LOVE coffee and I especially love cute coffee shops. When we were in Kauai I felt like that’s what we did every single day. I’ve shared the best coffee shops in Los Angeles, but now that we’re in Orange County, I thought it was time for a new one. Since we moved 8 months ago, we’ve had our fair share of lattes, cappuccinos, cold brews, drips, macchiatos, cortados, you get the idea! Today I’m rounding up the best coffee shops but also the most Instagrammable coffee shops in OC. Because let’s be honest, sometimes you just want a photo for the ‘gram!
Most Instagrammable Coffee Shops in OC
The photos above were taken at Honor Coffee in the Lido Marina village and as you can see, this coffee shop couldn’t be any cuter. It’s also super spacious and a great place to get work done!
If you like your cappuccino with a side of ocean view, then Bear Coast in San Clemente is the coffee shop for you! We always get our coffee to go and then take a walk on the pier.
Portola Coffee has a few locations in OC, so you can get your fix wherever you are. But even better than the coffee is the Mr. Holmes Bakehouse pastries that they serve!
This surf shop coffee shop combo was just made to be photographed. So next time you need some beachwear and a caffeine fix, you know where to go.
You’d think this Santa Ana coffee shop was a tea shop if you looked at the Yelp reviews. Seriously everyone swears by the matcha lattes and the iced chai teas. And I have to agree with them, their tea drinks are delicious!
Get your green on! This coffee shop sells pretty plants alongside their delicious coffee and amazing avocado toast. Don’t believe me? Check out their Instagram account for all the proof you’ll need.
One of the reasons I love Neat Coffee so much is because every time I pop in, there is something new to try! Instead of using pre-made syrups in their coffee drinks, they make their own seasonally inspired syrups that are sweet but not overpowering.
Steelhead Coffee is popular with the working crowd and for a reason! They have great affordable breakfast options including eggs, toast, and pastries you can quickly grab on your way to the office.
If you’re a flat white fan, then you’ll love the super authentic version from this Melbourne born coffee shop. Since flat white’s originated in Australia, you know you’re getting the real deal when you come here.
Coffee with a side of shopping anyone? In the back of this adorable boutique is one of the prettiest coffee shops in Orange County. If you’re a tea lover, they have you covered too. You can even indulge in a traditional tea service on their gorgeous patio!
Hopper and Burr has such a simple menu and great minimalist decor to match! I love that they’ve taken the time to really master their menu and you won’t regret anything you order.
This shop has such a warm and homey environment. I love relaxing here with one of their delicious lattes and a good book! I keep going back to try the unique drinks like their Mayan Spice Mocha and Honey Vanilla Latte.
If you caught my Philz inspired mint iced coffee recipe post then you know how much I love this coffee shop! I can not say enough good things about their drinks and it doesn’t hurt that they have the best decor to match.
Have you been to any of these spots? Do you have a favorite I need to check out? Let me know!
