Because for a few weeks, Nordstrom offers new fall styles at discounted rates. I love a good bargain, but it’s a nice change to not have to dig through the sale racks. I know the sale can be extremely overwhelming for new shoppers so I want to make sure all of you are able to get the best deals before they sell out, and trust me, they will sell out…FAST. I’m spilling all of my Nordstrom Anniversary Sale tips and tricks to navigating this hectic sale so that way you get the best deals and all the styles you have on your wishlist. Gain Early Access
While the sale doesn’t technically start until July 20th-August 5th, you can gain access starting today, July 12th, until the 19th. And it’s actually quite simple to get that early access! All you need to do is sign up to be a Nordstrom Card Holder and you’re automatically in. You even get a $40 credit to spend at the sale. This can be so helpful since many popular styles sell out quickly, and in previous years, some of the best deals were gone after the first few days of the early access sale.
Act Fast
The best deals will sell out, and they will go fast, which means, you have to act faster and snag them before they are all gone! I love looking at the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale Preview Catalog that they release before the sale opens. This is a great way to see what is going to be available and get some ideas of what you might be looking for before the sale starts. That way, you can get a jump on buying the items you just have to have. Some items that are always must-haves include these perfect leggings, my go-to bra, and a faux leather jacket!
Shop Online
I love shopping online because it is so convenient {aka I can do it while Augustine is sleeping!} and less time-consuming. This is especially true during the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. The store can get pretty busy and it can be difficult to find what you’re looking for or to get help from a sales associate. Nordstrom is so great with exchanges and returns so if anything doesn’t fit, you can easily bring it back to the store or just put it back in the box, stick the return label on it, and let your mailman pick it up from your door, no post office necessary! You can even purchase items in multiple sizes since their return policy is so lenient. If you can’t find your size for an item you really really love, you can always purchase it during the sale in a different size and exchange it after for your proper size once they restock the sale items for the rest of the season at full price.
