More and more business casual or just plain casual styles are being allowed at work. Aside from when I worked in a law office, I’ve always been able to get away with jeans and other more casual styles at the office. Based on your feedback, it sounds like many of you are allowed to dress casually at work too, so I’m breaking down one of my favorite classic but casual work wear outfits! I hope you like it and more importantly, I hope it gives you some inspiration for your 9 to 5!
Classic But Casual Work Wear
Casual work wear seems easier than getting dressed up every day, but truthfully it can leave you stressed. There is a fine line between casual and inappropriate in many offices!
I’m hoping you love this white blouse and jeans combo as much as I do. I feel like it is absolutely perfect for casual office attire or casual Friday. A white blouse is modest and appropriate, jeans are just so comfy and easy to work in, and of course you need a cozy cardigan to fight that frigid office air conditioning.
This jeans and black blouse combo that I wore recently would also be perfect for a relaxed office environment. So would this sweater dress that I specifically styled to hide my growing baby bump. It’s the perfect option for anyone trying to keep their pregnancy under wraps at the office just a little bit longer!
For a more corporate office, I could totally see myself wearing this camel dress or the classic black pants and white button down combo from this collaboration with Trunk Club. Honestly, I wish I had a few more excuses every week in order to dress a little fancier!
