I know it’s not quite July yet, but I wanted to get ahead of the game and leave you with some comfy and casual 4th of July outfit inspiration! There is still time to shop and honestly I don’t think you can ever go wrong with a little extra red, white, and blue in your outfit!

There are some holidays that are full of glitz and glamour {hello New Year’s Eve!}. Others not so much. As fun as the 4th of July is, it’s just not a fancy holiday. But that’s what is kind of nice about it! There’s not a ton of decorating, shopping, or baking to do in preparation. I can just kick back and relax. Ideally at the beach! I also get to keep my outfit simple and comfortable! We’re planning on heading to our neighborhood block party on the 4th so I wanted an outfit I could move around in! This red jumpsuit might be the perfect solution! Easy to move in, with some added warmth on the legs. It’s still pretty overcast in the first few weeks of July in the OC, so that’s why I liked that I could pair a denim jacket with this jumpsuit. If it gets hot, I can enjoy the tank sleeves. But when I get cold I can throw on this jacket. Seriously, the perfect pairing!
And because it will be a fairly active day for our family, I think I’ll definitely be wearing my favorite pair of white sneakers. Comfy, cute, and one of the three colors I needed to include in my outfit! I added a little layered jewelry {a coin necklace and a pendant necklace} that I’ve been wearing nonstop lately. It’s the perfect addition, I think! I included some more 4th of July outfit inspiration below so the whole family could get in on the fun! I definitely want to grab some cute patriotic outfits for Augustine and Corinna. This little stars and stripes outfit is perfect for Corinna! And I like that Augustine could wear this cute whale outfit all summer long since it isn’t too 4th of July themed!
