One of the things you all might not know about me is that I am a country girl at heart. Although, being from Los Angeles makes me feel like I can’t say “one of the things y’all might not know about me.” But trust me, that’s what I’m saying on the inside. I just love everything about the country – the natural beauty of wide, open spaces, the horses and other farm animals, the kindness and neighborly community, the music, and of course the style! I always find myself drawn to bohemian pieces this time of year so when I got the Wynd bootie from Born Footwear, I knew just the outfit I wanted to wear!
A Western Inspired Outfit for Fall
Ok, first up, the boots! I LOVE a pair of a cute ankle boots and I feel like the Wynd bootie from Born Footwear is an essential for fall. It has a very western-inspired silhouette with the side pull-loops and the stacked heel. I think it’s going to be so cute with jeans and flowy blouses, but I especially love it with a maxi dress like this one. The boots are from Born, and I have a few of their other shoes {like this red espadrille pair!}. I always appreciate how comfortable their shoes are! I saw that the boots are available at Dillard’s and they have a few other colors – from classic black and brown to a fun red and teal.
I love how the boots look with this flowy maxi dress! This maxi has a great color combo for fall that feels a little unique and different. If I didn’t wear the booties with this dress, though, I was thinking a denim skirt would have been cute {like how I wore it here}. What do you think? How would you wear these boots?
