Easy neutral styles for fall! - M Loves M @marmar

Happy Monday! I hope you all had the best weekend! My family is in Colorado currently and we’ve been having the BEST time {P.S. check out some of our past travel adventures here!}. I have no admit, part of the appeal for heading to Colorado was to actually embrace fall style. Coats, scarves, boots, the works! One things I always embrace during the fall is neutral styles. And this year, I am so obsessed with grey!

The Neutral Styles I Can’t Get Enough Of

sweater . cardigan . jeans in medium light wash {legging style. so comfortable!} . booties . bag {love this pink color too} . earrings

So why grey you ask? It’s kind of the perfect neutral. It’s not as harsh as black, but not as stainable as white lol! It also pairs beautifully with most colors. Think about it! Grey with pastels, whites, denim, burgundy…the list goes on! It’s also a bit easier to layer than white or black. If you pair different shades of black together or different shades of white, it’s clear the colors don’t match. But grey doesn’t need to match. How chic would these charcoal grey trousers be with this dove grey sweater? Pretty perfect right!

When it comes to accessories, I love the look of a grey bag or shoes. Either would go well with any outfit! I frequently mix grey accessories with black and brown accessories. It’s seriously such a versatile color. It’s pretty chilly in Colorado right now, so I wish I’d bought this adorable faux fur pom beanie before the trip! It would have paired perfectly with the cozy Abercrombie & Fitch sweater I’m wearing. BTW, the jeans I’m wearing are also from A&F and they are SO comfortable. Seriously, they feel like leggings but look like jeans. They’ve been so perfect for travel. I don’t like dressing too casual while traveling, but I don’t want to be uncomfortable either, so these were a great find!

I am seriously crazy about grey! I wore a long grey cardigan here, a grey sweater here, and grey boots here. This was all in the last month lol!
