Without fail, around this time of year, I always start to feel a little bit down. We’re flying through January, the excitement of healthy eating has waned a bit, and I’m missing the holidays. Our weather has been flip-flopping between 80 degree days and a chilly 60, so I feel like I haven’t been able to truly enjoy the weather, either. I wish for sunny days when it’s chilly, and then when it’s sunny I’m like “noo but it’s wintertime!” I’m a fickle girl this time of year, that’s for sure, always wanting what I can’t have- like my chocolate chip cookies with my kale salads. In all seriousness though, I know this time of year isn’t always the easiest so I thought I’d share 5 ways to fight the winter blues, in case any of you are feeling them too!
