Like pretty much everyone else in the world, I get the urge to get organized come January 1st. Making sure my life is organized is one of the best ways to help me support my 2020 goals. I have a lot of gorgeous handbags and some handy diaper bags, but I needed a perfect tote bag that I could take to the park, meetings, or to the grocery store. Let’s just say I found my new favorite busy day tote bag! It’s so good!

So why this bag? Well, I had heard endlessly good things about Madewell’s line of tote bags called the Transport Collection. There were a lot of other great options to choose from in this line, but I have to say the one I chose is pretty close to perfect! I love that it has the front pocket, the crossbody for handsfree, and also the zippered interior. It’s so easy to wear and easy to keep organized. It even zips at the top, which most tote bags don’t do. I always hate how everything gets lost in a tote bag, and it’s not as secure if I’m out by myself with both kids, so I’m hoping the pockets and zipper will help me avoid messiness and losing anything. This bag really does seem to check all the boxes! There are a few classic colors but I knew I’d wear this English Saddle color the most! P.S. I’ve shared a few more tote bags I love below!
Speaking of really great purchases, I was so excited to get this jacket because it is perfect for chilly mornings at the park! A lot of cute jackets I’ve seen recently are half-zip but since I’m usually carrying Corinna in a carrier, I loved that it’s a full-zip. Plus, no messing up your hair! The interior is super soft and cozy and I love how easy it is to pack with me or roll up into my bag. It would be the perfect travel jacket! BTW, it comes in 7 colors and it’s on SALE. What a find!
As you know, I have been loving Everlane’s jeans lately and this pair of jeans is such a staple piece. The perfect medium wash. Not too skinny, but not too wide leg. SO comfortable for days where I am on the go, but they still feel polished. FYI, my jeans and jacket are both under $100! Such affordable styles to refresh your wardrobe with.
